GO Health Club Tygervalley regrettably closing on 31 July 2019
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, our valued members for choosing Go Health Club, Tygervalley over the last 3 years.
Following lengthy discussions with the leadership team, we have taken a decision to close the Tygervalley branch, effective as of 31 July 2019. This decision was not taken lightly. Many factors contributed to the decision, including national and local market conditions, the gym’s accessibility and the competitive environment and it’s been decided that Go Health will continue its shift in focus to the Gauteng and KZN markets.
As a result of our market research and changing market conditions including shifts in global fitness industry trends we are continuing to position the Go Health Brand to deliver boutique fitness and focus on our mission: “To give our customers personalized fitness experiences that deliver results.”
Our other health clubs in Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal will continue to operate as normal.

Commonly Asked Questions
What will happen with my debit order with GO Health Club?
Your debit order will be cancelled and no further debit orders will run off any members account after the 1st of July 2019. You do not have to stop your debit order at the Bank as this will automatically be terminated.
When will my contract terminate with GO Health Club?
Your contract will terminate as of the 31st of July 2019 irrespective of your contract term.
All National Memberships with their home club being Tygervalley, will be cancelled unless specifically requested otherwise. Your club options are: KZN (Durban North), Gauteng (Fairlands, Northview, Sandton)
Will there be a new branch opening in the Western Cape?
Any communication on future clubs opening will be announced via our Website and Social Media Platforms.
As per the terms and conditions of your Membership agreement you will be refunded the remaining months of your Membership.
Add On Memberships?
All add on memberships will be cancelled as of the 31st of July 2019.
Can I train in the mean time?
The club will remain fully operational including all Group exercise classes until the 31st of July 2019. There will be no disruptions with regards to the use of the equipment and the facility.
I am in arrears? Am I still liable?
As per the terms and conditions of your membership all members in arrears will still be liable for their outstanding debt.
I’m the payer for someone else’s membership?
Irrespective of whether you are a payer or the member, your debit order will not run after the 1st of July 2019.
