10. The collection and retention of personal information by GO Health through its website and through the registration process is subject to the GO health membership Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy currently in force and available for review on this website.

You must not attempt to alter or destroy this website, the information contained herein or try to circumvent the security features of this website, be it by tampering with, attempting to hack or crack it, modify the format thereof or in any other way disrupt or disable any computer system, server, website, router or other device used to host this site or make it available.

All warranties, representations, terms, conditions and undertakings, whether implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise (including any implied warranty, representation, term, condition or undertaking of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law by GO Health and the information owners and providers.

14. No delay, neglect or forbearance on the part of GO Health in enforcing any of their rights under these Terms and Conditions of the Website Use will be, or be deemed to be, a waiver and it will not prejudice any right of GO Health.

If any of the Terms and Conditions of Website Use is held to be unenforceable, illegal or in some other way invalid, the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision will be deemed to be severable and will not affect the remainder of Terms and Conditions of Website Use which will continue to be of full force and effect.
16. All conditions and terms of use contained in this website are governed by South African law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
17. No addition to or modification of any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Website will be binding on GO Health unless made in writing and signed by their duly authorised representatives.

Contract Buy-Out T’s and C’s

  • GO Health will assist with the buy-out of contracts for prospective members wanting to join GO Health but who are still within their binding period at another gym.
  • GO Health will subsidise their cancellation fees up to R2000.
  • Subsidies will be paid to members after they have completed the member join process in full (i.e. upfront fees paid and payment agreement signed).
  • Members need to furnish GO Health with proof of cancellation fees paid to the other gym. This can be in the form of a receipt, deposit slip, EFT proof of payment or speed point receipt.
  • The proof of payment cannot be dated older than 21 days of the member joining GO Health.
  • Please note this offer is not available on month to month products.
  • We reserve the right to change, alter and / or withdraw this offer at any time and for any reason. Such amendments will be published on our website.

R200 Cash Back Campaign

  • Existing members can earn R200 cash back or opt to receive a limited edition GO Health bag (while stocks last) for each friend or family.
  • Cash back / backpack will only be awarded once the referred member.
  • The new member joining must complete and sign a referral card as proof that they were referred.
  • Referral cards are available at the club.
  • Cash back will only be awarded once the referred member has completed the new member process (i.e. paid all upfront fees and signed a payment agreement).
  • There is no limit on the amount of referrals existing members can refer.
  • Staff of GO Health do not qualify for this campaign.
  • Please note this offer is not available on month to month products.
  • We reserve the right to change, alter and / or withdraw this offer at any time and for any reason. Such amendments will be published on our website.
  • Available for selected clubs only.
  • Existing members need to maintain a favourable account balance to qualify for the referral campaign.

Just GO Membership Offering:

  • Members wishing to take advantage of this offer qualify for a saving of up to R140 on our local access products and up to R300 on our national access products.
  • To qualify for this offer, the member must be an active Just Rewards member and their Just Rewards membership account must be in good standing.
  • Should the member’s Just Rewards membership be terminated (either by the member or by Just Rewards), their GO Health membership will automatically convert to the prevailing rate of the membership offering at their respective home club.
  • The Just Rewards programme rules will apply in addition to the standard terms and conditions with GO Health’s rules prevailing should there be a conflict.
  • By joining on a Just GO membership, members agree to the sharing of their personal and health information with Just Rewards and vice versa.
