Discovery Health have an App that allows you to log your workouts so that you can claim vitality points for all your hard work. Don’t forget you can also claim vitality points for various running, cycling events and GO Health workouts so make sure these efforts don’t go unnoticed.
Fitbit have an App in addition to their watch. The data seamlessly syncs with your cloud and can be accessed on your computer and phone. It too has many graphs and charts to show you your movements, heart rates and calories burned from that GO Spin class or 10km run. Why not compete with friends and family who also have Fitbits and make training more fun and interesting! Competition is a great way to keep you motivated to get up in the morning and get out there! Although this App is easy to use and breaks down your energy usage in simple graphs, it’s better that you follow a healthy routine because it makes you feel great not because you want to lose a certain number of calories.
