Heart HIIT

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Nitro Cycle

Indoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.


A treadmill based class that allows you to burn calories and build strength by doing functional training on the mat between walking or running on the treadmill.
