Kids love to get outdoors especially with their bikes. Even if you just go around the block a few times, it’s fun to get moving together and ride alongside each other. There are so many new biking areas being built everywhere so be sure to make the most of these.
Trampolines are a really entertaining way to get your kids moving, laughing and using up some energy. They also have so many health benefits, never mind the fun that comes with playing on them. Trampolines improve blood flow, help your sense of balance and they can increase the circulation of oxygen and promote muscle building with no impact on joints. Your children can have hours of enjoyment, without realising that it’s also keeping them healthy and fit. As for us adults, it gives us time to be playful and is a great workout too.
GO Health Gym Classes
At GO Health, all members with children from 12 – 13 years old are most welcome to come with their parents. Children of these ages can use all the cardio equipment except for the treadmill. The kids can also do GO Flow and GO Box classes. If you have teenagers’ ages 14 – 17 years old, they too are allowed to train for free, alongside a parent’s membership. Beach or Park Walks
It’s hard to convince a young child to go for a long walk on the beach or in the park but once they do they will love being outdoors and at the same time, be bonding with the family.
