There is a notice period of 20 working days for members on a month-to-month membership. If you are on a 12-month membership, and still within your contract period, you’ll need to pay a cancellation fee. Once we have received your proof of payment, can we process your request. Cancellation fees need to be paid 5 days prior to the next debit order to avoid future instalments being debited. Only the principle member or the membership account payer can request a cancellation. Cooling-off cancellation There are no penalties for cancelling your membership within 7 days of joining. Complete the cancellation form above and submit. The Mywellness® Key plus any promotional items must be returned as part of your cancellation request.
